《唐诗三百首新译》原由商务印书馆有限公司在香港出版。本书是由许渊冲教授、陆佩弦教授和吴钧陶先生编辑的,共收入唐诗317首。有39位泽者参加了翻译工作。此书是以中华书局香港分局出版、喻守真编辑的中文版集子为蓝本的。商务版根据诗人诞生的年代和作品问世的时间,在作品的排列顺序上重新作了调整。
